Streamlining MEO Onboarding Process

Meo Air is a company that specialises in monitoring and analysing indoor air quality and providing solutions to improve for their clients.

The onboarding process of the Meo air quality monitor has been entirely manual and involves a tedious email exchange process. As the company is launching a new device model - Meo Mini, they are looking for an onboarding process redesign to replace the existing manual practice.

Challenge

The task is to design a simple, intuitive and automated onboarding experience for Meo Mini users.

Solution

We designed a web app to facilitate the Meo Mini onboarding process and an animated tutorial to guide users in setting up the device. We also made suggestions on the air quality dashboard interface to make it more user-friendly.

Result

The design was sent to Meo for further development and implementation so there's no static data yet. However, we received 100% positive feedback from user testing.
